You will own the entire product function, reporting directly to the CEO. Your focus will be on transforming scientific data into compelling consumer experiences, improving retention, and defining the roadmap for AI capabilities and future hormone tracking.
The team values independent judgment and first-principles thinking. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and scientific experts to build a category-defining health product that makes hormone monitoring as ubiquitous as smartwatches.
What you'll do
- Define product vision and originate transformative ideas beyond incremental improvements
- Lead product discovery using customer research, data, and scientific understanding
- Drive engagement, retention, and subscription revenue growth through cohort analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and scientific affairs
- Make scope decisions and manage release readiness without founder dependency
- Translate complex hormone data into understandable consumer experiences
- Develop roadmap for AI capabilities, new hormones, and B2B expansion
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading a consumer subscription product from vision to delivery
- Track record of inventing and shipping products based on original insights
- Experience scaling products from thousands to substantially larger user bases
- Demonstrated ability to improve paid retention and deliver recurring value
- Ability to translate scientific or biological concepts into consumer health products
- Strong product judgment and ability to think from first principles
- Willingness to visit Montreal frequently for in-person collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in wearables or hardware-software technologies
- Experience with health and wellness apps featuring behavioral components
- Previous work in translating biological capabilities into consumer products
