Join BJAK as an iOS Engineer to shape the native experience of their AI Neobank application. You will collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams to deliver clean, fast, and reliable mobile features for real customers across Southeast Asia.
The team values engineers who care about product quality, performance, and user experience. You will own app stability and use production feedback to continuously improve the platform.
What you'll do
- Build native iOS features for onboarding, payments, transfers, and rewards
- Optimize complex financial flows for speed and simplicity on mobile
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to production release
- Own app quality including performance, crash rates, and stability
- Use analytics and customer behavior data to refine features post-launch
- Integrate APIs and secure data handling for financial workflows
What you'll need
- Strong native iOS development experience using Swift
- Proven track record of shipping apps used by real users
- Proficiency in SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architecture
- Strong product sense with a focus on UX beyond just building screens
- Ability to debug production issues and enhance app reliability
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
- Based in Australia with strong English communication skills
