Join BJAK as an iOS Engineer to craft the native mobile experience for a leading Southeast Asian insurance and finance platform. You will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to ship reliable features for payments, savings, and AI-assisted journeys.
The team values clean user flows, fast performance, and product quality. You will own app stability and use real customer feedback to continuously improve the application.
What you'll do
- Build native iOS features for onboarding, payments, transfers, and rewards
- Integrate APIs, authentication, and secure data handling for financial workflows
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers from concept to release
- Own app quality including performance, crash rates, and release stability
- Use analytics and customer behavior data to improve features post-launch
What you'll need
- Strong native iOS development experience using Swift
- Proven track record of shipping iOS apps used by real customers
- Proficiency in SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architecture patterns
- Strong product sense with a focus on UX beyond just building screens
- Ability to debug production issues and optimize app performance
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
