Join BJAK as an iOS Engineer to craft the native mobile experience for a leading Southeast Asian insurance and finance platform. You will collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams to ship reliable features that simplify complex financial flows for real users.
The team values clean user flows, fast performance, and high product quality. You will own app stability and use production feedback to continuously improve the application after launch.
What you'll do
- Build native iOS features for onboarding, payments, transfers, and rewards
- Integrate APIs, authentication, and secure data handling for financial workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take concepts from idea to release
- Own app quality including performance, crash rates, and loading states
- Use analytics and customer behavior data to improve features post-launch
What you'll need
- Strong native iOS development experience using Swift
- Proven track record of shipping iOS apps used by real customers
- Proficiency in SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architecture patterns
- Strong product sense with a focus on user experience beyond just screens
- Ability to debug production issues and optimize app reliability
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment
- Based in Singapore with strong English communication skills
