We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to resolve onsite tickets and support daily operations across multiple office locations. You will manage hardware deployments, assist with user onboarding and offboarding, and provide first-line troubleshooting for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
What you'll do
- Resolve onsite tickets for hardware, printers, and desktop troubleshooting
- Image laptops and provision user accounts via Active Directory or Entra ID
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic network connectivity
