You will serve as the primary contact for IT support, resolving hardware, software, and access issues for employees across various time zones. Beyond ticket resolution, you will investigate root causes, manage IT inventory, and streamline processes through automation and AI tools.
The position requires administering Google Workspace, coordinating with Security on compliance, and managing vendor relationships. You will work closely with People Operations to ensure secure onboarding and offboarding while maintaining clear documentation for self-service resources.
What you'll do
- Resolve hardware, software, and access issues via Slack and Jira
- Investigate recurring technical problems to fix root causes
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Google Workspace and SaaS tools
