As the inaugural Product Manager, you will partner with founders to set strategic direction and translate market insights into clear priorities. You will focus on long-term opportunities, studying how engineers build agentic applications with AI, rather than managing daily engineering tasks.
You will collaborate with solution architects, sales, and marketing while ensuring engineers retain ownership of delivery. Your goal is to make the product-engineering team more effective through concise briefs and strong judgment, avoiding unnecessary processes.
What you'll do
- Define product vision and translate long-term opportunities into priorities
- Turn customer and market insights into build decisions
- Lead new product areas from research and scoping to launch
- Collaborate with founders and engineers on APIs, SDKs, and UX
- Align stakeholders without introducing unnecessary processes
- Own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose development direction
What you'll need
- Experience as a PM in developer tools, observability, or infrastructure
- Technical ability to reason about APIs, SDKs, and architecture
- Hands-on approach including user testing and prototyping
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Deep interest in AI and extensive use of AI tools
