Leona is an AI assistant that manages patient communications, appointments, and billing for doctors, primarily via WhatsApp. The company aims to eliminate the administrative "second shift" for physicians across Latin America and beyond.
As a Lead Product Designer, you will drive the design of new digital tools from concept to launch. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to create intuitive, high-impact experiences for complex mobile applications.
What you'll do

What you'll need
- At least 7 years of relevant product design experience
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Expertise in native iOS or Android app design patterns
- Proficiency with standard design tools and processes
- Ability to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect deliverables
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
