Plural is creating infrastructure to finance energy assets like solar projects and batteries through tokenization. As a Lead Product Engineer, you will define how investors and operators interact with this next-generation platform. You will work on both traditional finance and decentralized finance user experiences, ensuring the front-end is scalable and intuitive.
What you'll do
- Maintain and extend the Next.js TypeScript React codebase
- Enhance UX for institutional and retail users across TradFi and DeFi
- Build robust, scalable front-end systems aligned with product architecture
- Develop UI components that connect to EVM-based smart contracts
- Keep up with modern front-end trends in fintech and web3
What you'll need
- 4+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and React
- 2+ years of experience developing TypeScript-based dApps
- Strong UX skills with a focus on intuitive, user-centric design
- Proficiency with AI development tools like Cursor for rapid MVP creation
- Self-starter mindset with high agency and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, exchanges, or DeFi companies
- Production experience with Next.js
- Interest or exposure to EVM-based smart contracts and web3
