Hims & Hers is shifting from transactional care to a holistic, relationship-driven digital experience. This role owns the end-to-end build of a concierge-style product that integrates lab testing, continuous care, and treatment access.
You will define the synthesis layer across existing categories and launch new product lines. The work centers on embedding AI agents into the core consumer journey while partnering with clinical and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end consumer experience from discovery to ongoing engagement
- Define the synthesis layer across existing health categories
- Partner with engineering and design to integrate AI into the product core
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure safety and education protocols
- Shape short- and long-term roadmaps for scalability and improvement
What you'll need
- 6+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years owning consumer mobile products at scale
- Track record of shipping impactful consumer products
- Fluency with AI agents and AI-native workflows
- Strong strategic vision and tactical execution skills
- Excellent written communication for remote collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in health or wellness sectors
- Background in category-defining 0-to-1 products
