Joko is scaling its AI capabilities internally by building an agent infrastructure that automates workflows and enhances operational efficiency. As Lead Product Manager for the AI Platform tribe, you will own the roadmap for internal tools, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and effective for all teams.
You will drive the development of Joker, an internal AI teammate, and Gotham, an identity layer for agent permissions. This role involves hands-on product work, strategic planning, and people management to help the company operate faster and smarter.
What you'll do
- Define and own the tribe's strategy and roadmap based on internal needs
- Drive product development for Joker AI assistant and Gotham permission layer
- Build an automation layer that exposes actions as scoped tools for agents
- Identify and retire legacy tools to reduce technical debt and complexity
- Ensure security, compliance, and reliability across internal platforms
- Hire, mentor, and lead Product Managers within the growing tribe
- Act as primary interface for Engineering, Ops, Legal, and other departments
What you'll need
- 5+ years of Product experience with leadership or mentoring background
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools and strong understanding of agent capabilities
- Experience building internal tools, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products
- Strong technical appetite for infrastructure, identity, and data architecture
- Proven track record in people management and setting high delivery standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to prioritize conflicting demands
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Based in France or Spain

- Background in back-office products or enterprise software
