Join Harvey as a Lead Product Owner for Finance Systems, where you will own the technology portfolio supporting global finance operations. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Business Technology teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, automated solutions.
This position requires hands-on configuration of core platforms like NetSuite while driving strategic architecture decisions. You will lead discovery efforts, design target-state processes, and implement AI-driven automations to enhance efficiency and accuracy across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report cycles.
What you'll do
- Own product roadmap for core finance processes like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay
- Design target-state processes and system architectures for global expansion
- Configure and optimize NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, Brex, and Metronome workflows
- Eliminate manual tasks by implementing automated workflows and integrations
- Develop holistic architecture strategy for finance application ecosystem
- Identify and implement practical AI opportunities to reduce manual output
- Mentor peers and set best practices for finance system design and quality
What you'll need
- 7+ years experience in finance systems with 5+ years in NetSuite configuration
- Proven track record managing multi-entity and multi-currency finance organizations
- Experience as product owner in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or record-to-report
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
- Ability to solve ambiguous high-stakes problems without existing playbooks
- Deep understanding of SaaS finance applications and emerging AI trends
- Experience with change management, UAT planning, and regulatory compliance
