Join Wrapbook as the Manager of Engineering for Frontend, where you will direct the health and delivery of shared frontend infrastructure. You will partner with product and design teams to evolve the company's component system and reporting frameworks, ensuring high performance and developer experience across the organization.
What you'll do
- Lead the Frontend Platform team and oversee shared infrastructure delivery
- Own and evolve the shared component system and design system
- Collaborate with product and design to define the technical roadmap
- Set standards for frontend quality, performance, and developer experience
- Mentor engineers through coaching and hiring initiatives
- Drive technical design reviews and advocate for engineering needs
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of engineering management experience
- Strong background as an individual contributor in frontend development
- Deep expertise in StimulusJS, Hotwire, and modern frontend tooling
- Experience building or maintaining shared component libraries
- Familiarity with scalable data and reporting system patterns
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and design
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery models
