You will architect the automation backbone for Oh's marketing engine, starting with growth and expanding company-wide. The team combines in-house generative AI models with proprietary data to power OhChat and its API.
Your work connects CRM, analytics, and support systems using AI agents. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to create intelligent workflows that scale from lead capture to user retention.
What you'll do
- Architect marketing automation workflows using Customer.io, Make.com, or HubSpot
- Integrate AI agents like GPT-4o and Claude for lifecycle touchpoints
- Prototype internal AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI
- Manage marketing event tracking via Segment, PostHog, or Google Tag Manager
- Own end-to-end attribution, funnel tracking, and customer journey analysis
- Build custom scripts in Python or Node.js to automate go-to-market tasks
- Maintain API, webhook, and data pipeline integrations across marketing systems
What you'll need
- 2–3 years of experience in MarTech, automation, or technical growth roles
- Strong knowledge of CRM customization and automation workflows
- Experience working with APIs, event tracking, and data pipelines
- Interest or experience in AI tools, agent architecture, or prompt engineering
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in REST API integration and webhook chaining
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
- Familiarity with vector stores like Weaviate, Pinecone, or Chroma
- Knowledge of prompt templating, memory storage, and context injection
- Experience orchestrating agents via Make or CLI
