You will join SunnyData to help customers build solid data foundations. Your work includes designing architectures, creating robust engineering pipelines, and enabling accurate machine learning applications.
Collaborating with internal teams and clients, you will guide technical decisions and operationalize complex data systems. The position requires managing multiple accounts and ensuring data quality and security.
What you'll do
- Support new and existing customers with their data engineering needs
- Guide clients on technical decisions to achieve business goals
- Manage progress tracking and reporting across multiple accounts
- Design, build, and operationalize complex data solutions
- Apply transformations and recommend data cleansing strategies
- Analyze data sources to determine value for analytical processes
- Implement data governance, security, and quality standards
- Educate end users on data products and analytic environments
- Resolve defects and incidents of moderate complexity
- Test data movement, transformation code, and components
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Highly motivated with a continuous learning mindset
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Nice to have
- Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
- Knowledge of pandas, scikit-learn, or HPO
- Familiarity with SQL, OLTP, OLAP, or DSS
- Databricks data engineering or ML certification
