You will lead a team of MLOps engineers, establishing best practices for scalable ML pipelines and serving infrastructure that supports Fortune 100 companies.
What you'll do
- Mentor MLOps engineers and foster technical growth
- Define MLOps roadmap aligned with research goals
- Architect automated ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Partner on serving infrastructure strategy and tools
- Design feature stores and scalable data pipelines
- Establish monitoring for model performance and drift
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years in MLOps with 5+ years in leadership
- Strong Python skills plus Bash or Go experience
- Experience building MLOps infrastructure from scratch
- Deep knowledge of MLflow, WandB, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Expertise in Triton, TorchServe, KServe for serving
- Proficient with Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps
- Skilled in Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Kubeflow, Airflow, or Argo Workflows
- Experience with FastAPI and backend applications
- Knowledge of Databricks or Snowflake platforms
- Background in LLM serving and optimization
- Exposure to SRE practices or cloud security
