Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Mobile UI Designer. You will create elegant, intuitive interfaces for mobile applications used by millions, focusing on insurance, payments, and investments.
Working alongside product managers and engineers, you will build design systems and ensure high-quality implementation across devices. This position demands a mobile-first mindset and strong attention to visual detail.
What you'll do
- Design intuitive interfaces for iOS and Android apps
- Create wireframes, user flows, and production-ready UI
- Build and maintain mobile design systems and components
- Collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect implementation
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and guidelines
- Iterate based on analytics and user feedback
- Ensure consistency across devices and screen sizes
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience designing mobile applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile UI work
- Expert proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Deep knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines
- Deep knowledge of Android Material Design
- Strong understanding of mobile usability and layouts
- Excellent attention to typography and visual hierarchy
- Ability to simplify complex financial workflows
- Based in Japan with strong English communication skills
