Join Deepslate to develop voice AI models that replicate human nuances like emotion and intonation. You will design, train, and optimize deep learning architectures while building scalable MLOps pipelines for real-time inference.
What you'll do
- Design, train, and evaluate proprietary deep learning models for voice AI
- Develop new capabilities such as real-time emotion recognition
- Optimize models for inference speed and efficiency at scale
- Write clean, production-ready code for highly available architectures
- Build and maintain internal pipelines for data processing and training
What you'll need
- Deep expertise in Python and modern deep learning frameworks
- Experience with high-performance, large-scale ML systems
- Background in Language Modeling for text or audio
- Comfortable working in early-stage startup environments
- Ability to take project ownership and shape product architecture
Nice to have
- Previous experience in fast-paced Startup or DeepTech settings
- Hands-on work with STT, TTS, or multimodal models
- Interest in experimenting with Rust inference engines
- Fluent German skills in speech and writing
