As a Motion Designer, you will craft hook-driven video cuts and collaborate with the creative team to enhance ad performance. You will work on bringing video concepts to life using modern design tools.
What you'll do
- Edit UGC-style creatives for social media ads
- Craft hook-driven cuts to improve engagement
- Create new video concepts and execute existing ones
- Collaborate closely with the creative team
- Participate in brainstorms for content directions
- Test new tools and build project templates
What you'll need
- Minimum two years of motion design experience
- Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, and Photoshop
- Portfolio demonstrating skills and creative style
- Ability to follow briefs while adding ideas
- Strong grasp of composition and editing techniques
- Understanding of rhythm and color theory
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI speakers and voiceovers
- Experience with MidJourney or similar tools
