Join the engineering team at Sensor Tower to build and maintain the platforms that support product development. You will focus on automating infrastructure, optimizing delivery pipelines, and creating internal tools that streamline the software release process.
This position involves a mix of infrastructure management and coding, aiming to make development cycles more efficient and reliable for the broader engineering organization.
What you'll do
- Build tools and workflows to improve developer experience and productivity
- Maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt
- Enhance reliability and performance of CI/CD pipelines
- Diagnose issues causing slow builds, failed pipelines, or flaky tests
- Develop internal tools and improve test infrastructure
- Increase observability across infrastructure using OpenTelemetry and ELK
- Leverage AI to create cloud-based agent tools for engineering workflows
What you'll need
- Experience developing and maintaining complex CI/CD workflows
- Software development background in internal tools, APIs, or backend services
- Proficiency with AWS or another major cloud provider
- Experience with telemetry and monitoring tools like OpenTelemetry or Grafana
- Strong fundamentals in Computer Science and System Design
- Willingness to learn and apply Ruby or Go
Nice to have
- Experience optimizing Jenkins CI build times
- Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Ruby, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with build systems like Webpack or Gradle
