The Platform Enablement team acts as an internal SRE group, treating developers as primary customers. You will maintain foundational layers such as observability, CI/CD, and workload orchestration to streamline service deployment and management.
Your work will focus on eliminating friction through automation and self-service architectures. You will collaborate with engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks and build custom tooling where necessary.
What you'll do
- Manage internal observability ecosystem using Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, and OpenSearch
- Enhance CI/CD workflows and developer utilities via Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Guide Kubernetes adoption and establish standardized deployment patterns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical bottlenecks
- Contribute to Internal Developer Platform development based on Backstage
- Develop and support specialized tooling for AI-driven initiatives
What you'll need
- More than 5 years of professional experience in SRE or DevOps roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for software developer challenges
- Proven expertise in AWS and Kubernetes environments
- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code via Terraform or similar frameworks
- Practical experience managing monitoring stacks and deployment pipelines at scale
- Inclination toward building automated, reusable self-service systems
- Track record of integrating AI tools into engineering methodology
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ClickHouse, Sentry, or developer portals like Backstage
- Understanding of FinOps principles and infrastructure cost optimization
- Previous involvement in constructing or scaling internal developer platforms
