As a Financial Services Cloud Architect, you will define scalable solution architectures and lead discovery workshops for financial services organizations. You will serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning technology investments with business objectives while ensuring compliance and security.
You will partner with client leadership teams to drive best practices across data architecture, integration strategy, and customer experience. This role requires deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Financial Services Cloud implementations
- Serve as strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and business sponsors
- Facilitate discovery workshops to map business objectives and compliance needs
- Develop scalable solution designs, data models, and implementation roadmaps
- Define enterprise data architecture, governance, and security frameworks
- Design solutions adhering to regulatory privacy and audit standards
- Lead data migration strategy from legacy banking or insurance platforms
- Provide architectural oversight including design reviews and deployment planning
- Drive adoption of Salesforce capabilities like Flow, OmniStudio, and Data Cloud
- Support pre-sales activities including estimation and executive presentations
- Mentor consultants and promote architectural standards across the practice
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
- 7+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
- 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role
- Deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud and related business processes
- Strong understanding of FSC data architecture including households and accounts
- Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions with complex integrations
- Background in banking, insurance, lending, or wealth management sectors
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory considerations in finance
- Proven ability to develop enterprise data models and integration frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification
- Experience with core banking or policy administration systems
- Experience leading enterprise data migration and modernization initiatives
