You will serve as a technical leader and architect, driving the design and scaling of core capabilities for an AI-native orchestration platform. This position offers deep ownership over the technical roadmap and production systems used by global enterprise customers, focusing on reliability and scalability.
What you'll do
- Lead architectural design and delivery of scalable full-stack systems
- Define backend and frontend services with focus on security and performance
- Architect complex workflow logic for AI-human coordination and auditability
- Oversee integration of enterprise-scale systems and data sources
- Set standards for production excellence via testing and CI/CD evolution
- Partner with product and AI leaders to translate requirements into roadmaps
- Mentor senior engineers and elevate engineering culture
What you'll need
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale applications
- Deep experience building secure enterprise-grade applications
- Expert backend skills in Python or Node.js/TypeScript
- Advanced experience with React and TypeScript for complex web apps
- Mastery of API design and relational database modeling at scale
- Strong track record of technical leadership and mentoring
- Experience optimizing mission-critical apps in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Nice to have
- Experience architecting AI-enabled or ML-powered enterprise products
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration or event-driven architectures
- Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code like Terraform
- Understanding of enterprise security compliance such as SOC2 or RBAC
- Background in regulated or security-conscious environments
