Join the ranking team at Cosuno to develop intelligent systems that match subcontractors with tenders and predict pricing. You will take AI capabilities from concept to production, designing, training, and deploying models that directly impact user decisions.
This position requires strong product judgment and technical expertise to bridge the gap between data science and engineering. You will work closely with Product and Data teams to define problems and deliver solutions that integrate seamlessly into the TypeScript web application.
What you'll do
- Own and improve ranking systems matching subcontractors to tenders
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy AI models end to end
- Enhance price prediction models using millions of data points
- Build agentic systems for complex tendering workflows
- Integrate models and backend services into the web app
- Design offline evaluations and run online A/B tests
- Monitor and maintain production ML and AI systems
What you'll need
- 5+ years building and shipping ML models in production
- Experience with ranking or recommendation systems
- Strong proficiency in production-grade Python
- Fluency in modern deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
- Proven ability to take features from problem to production
- Strong product judgment and pragmatic decision-making
- Expertise in model evaluation and A/B testing
Nice to have
- Experience building LLM or agent systems with RAG
- Knowledge of TypeScript, React, or Node.js
- Background in search systems or pricing models
- Experience with embedding models and fine-tuning
- Domain knowledge in construction or procurement
