You will define the strategy and roadmap for Yendo's AI-driven automation, fraud detection, and engineering productivity tools. Your work will lower service costs while enhancing experiences for both internal operations teams and cardholders.
The position requires balancing long-term strategic bets with rapid, iterative delivery in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate across functions to turn AI capabilities into a durable competitive advantage.
What you'll do
- Own product vision and roadmap for AI, ops automation, and fraud platforms
- Automate end-to-end workflows to reduce costs and improve satisfaction
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research with users and cardholders
- Define KPIs to guide prioritization and measure product impact
- Advocate for user needs in company-wide business decisions
- Foster transparent communication and collaborative working environments
What you'll need
- 6+ years of product management experience in high-growth tech
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with bias for action
- Strong analytical skills to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence abilities
- Customer-first mindset focused on solving real-world problems
- Daily fluency with LLMs for analytics, design, and prototyping
Nice to have
- Domain experience in fintech, consumer apps, or AI automation
- Expertise in building internal tools for operations or engineering
- Technical background in software engineering
