As a Principal Product Manager, you will own product strategy and work directly with the CEO and CTO. You will translate customer insights into actionable plans and guide the development of data-driven, user-friendly features.
What you'll do
- Define and drive product roadmaps for new and existing solutions
- Partner with sales and implementation teams to gather customer insights
- Collaborate with engineering and design to launch scalable features
- Use analytics and user feedback to measure outcomes and iterate
- Influence company direction by working with executive leadership

- Proven experience leading teams that ship successful products
- Ability to define high-level vision and execute detailed plans
- Strong analytical skills to turn data insights into action
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics
- Technical savviness and comfort working with engineering teams
