You will own the strategy and roadmap for an AI-first product, balancing immediate human-assisted tools with long-term autonomous agents. Working in small builder pods, you will translate expert knowledge from dental billers into structured workflows for AI agents.
The team focuses on reducing manual administrative work in dental practices by creating new design patterns for agentic workflows, escalation paths, and audit trails. You will define models for gradual autonomy, deciding when AI acts independently versus when it escalates to humans.
What you'll do
- Own strategy and roadmap for AI-first products
- Balance short-term tools with long-term autonomous agents
- Shadow billers to understand end-to-end workflows
- Translate veteran expertise into structured AI contexts
- Build new agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop UX
- Define gradual autonomy models and escalation paths
What you'll need
- 8+ years as a Product Manager
- 3+ years working on AI/ML products
- Experience shipping products with LLMs and agent frameworks
- Familiarity with eval infra and prompt regressions
- Built pure agentic or human-in-the-loop systems
- Ability to leverage AI for research and prototyping
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or fintech
- Background in regulated spaces with high stakes
