You will drive the development and delivery of ClickHouse Cloud, focusing on features like multi-region replication and distributed query execution. Working closely with engineering, design, and sales, you will translate customer insights into product decisions and manage stakeholder expectations.
What you'll do
- Define and drive the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud
- Focus on cloud-native capabilities like fault tolerance and storage tiering
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize core engine improvements
- Gather customer insights through direct interaction and market research
- Support feature launches with marketing and sales teams
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
What you'll need
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience
- Strong background in cloud-based SaaS products
- Deep familiarity with database or distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with SQL and query execution
- Understanding of indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning
- Experience with databases like ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake
- Knowledge of modern data infrastructure and ETL pipelines
- Ability to discuss low-level technical topics with engineers
- Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills

- Experience scaling open source technologies
- Prior experience working at a startup
