You will bridge the gap between product strategy, design, and engineering by owning features from problem discovery to production code. Working with a remote U.S. team, you will create simple solutions for clinicians and families using Tellos's practice management platform.
What you'll do
- Interview users and observe workflows to identify core problems
- Define the simplest useful solution and prioritize features
- Design clear interfaces and prototypes in Figma
- Build polished, production-ready React interfaces
- Iterate on shipped features based on user behavior
- Improve existing components and design consistency
What you'll need
- Strong product judgment for ambiguous problems
- Excellent UX and visual design skills
- Frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript
- Proficiency in moving between Figma and production code
- High standards for typography, spacing, and interactions
- Experience using AI tools to prototype and ship faster
- Clear communication for remote collaboration
