What you'll do
- Own design quality for web and mobile product areas
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 product designers
- Translate product strategy into focused design execution
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads
- Contribute to design critiques and the design system
- Guide team in adopting AI tools and practices
What you'll need
- 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS
- 1-3 years of experience managing product designers
- Strong product thinking and craft judgment skills
- Ability to build trust and resolve partner friction
- Expert level of spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile-first or offline-capable design
- Background in industrial or maintenance domains
- Experience scaling a design system
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflow design
