Join Duna as the third designer on the team, working alongside experienced leaders from Adyen and Uber. You will focus on redefining identity for the global economy by designing clean, conversion-focused experiences for complex B2B onboarding processes.
The company prioritizes a transparent culture and exceptional design as a core product differentiator. You will help shape design standards and ensure seamless translation of prototypes into production code.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a modular design system for live products and Figma prototypes
- Architect complex, multi-step onboarding journeys for diverse customer needs
- Measure and refine user experience steps with a conversion-focused mindset
- Prototype ideas rapidly and iterate based on direct customer feedback
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Establish design foundations and standards to support team scaling
What you'll need
- 4–6+ years of experience designing complex products or workflows
- Strong systems thinking approach to long-term design structure
- Analytical rigor in treating interactions as testable hypotheses
- Ability to document decisions, trade-offs, and learnings clearly
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and complex system logic quickly
- Curiosity to draw inspiration from diverse influences beyond obvious references
