As a Product Designer, you will craft delightful interfaces and interactions that make mental health support fun and sustainable. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and character teams to evolve the design system and solve ambiguous product challenges.
What you'll do
- Design playful flows and high-fidelity visuals for mental health exercises
- Prototype concrete solutions for ambiguous product challenges
- Create intuitive design patterns and evolve the design system
- Balance product vision, speed, and business potential in concepts
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and character animation teams
What you'll need
- 4+ years of industry experience designing consumer mobile apps at scale
- Ability to untangle vague conceptual problems into accessible flows
- Strong eye for visual polish, user delight, and intuitive UI
- Pragmatic approach balancing craft, speed, and product goals
- Capacity to internalize feedback for optimal team decisions
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with coding
- Background in illustration
- Experience in game design
