Join a mission-driven team building software for nonprofits and trade associations. As a Product Designer, you will own the lifecycle of new features for the core application, translating complex needs into intuitive workflows. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with product strategy.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end product feature development from discovery to implementation
- Write comprehensive ticket requirements with design documentation
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Design multi-module applications managing user permissions and feature tiers
- Analyze product feedback to propose data-driven design solutions
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility of designs
What you'll need
- Based in the Philippines with long-term availability
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong academic background with outstanding General Weighted Average
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adapt to rapid changes and new processes
- Results-driven mindset with goal-oriented approach

How you'll work
- Fully remote work-from-home setup
- Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
- Schedule aligns with US Eastern business hours
- Split shift: 9:30am–2:00pm and 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)
