Join Air Apps as a Product Designer to shape intuitive interfaces for their global AI-driven planning tool. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate complex needs into elegant designs across mobile and web.
This position is fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. The company supports relocation efforts for candidates moving to the area to work closely with cross-functional teams in person.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify needs
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain design systems ensuring consistency across iOS, Android, and web
- Own the design process from concept ideation to final visual delivery
- Partner with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handoffs
- Refine designs based on feedback, A/B testing, and analytics data
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- Three or more years of experience with modern design tools like Figma
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and usability
- Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve designs
