Join Air Apps as a Product Designer to shape intuitive interfaces for their AI-driven resource planning tool. You will translate complex requirements into elegant designs across mobile and web, working closely with cross-functional teams in Lisbon.
The company is self-funded with over 100 million downloads globally. You will own the design process from concept to final visual delivery, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups from insights
- Maintain design systems and component libraries for cohesive interfaces
- Own the design process from ideation to final visual delivery
- Collaborate with Product Managers on strategy and Engineers on feasibility
- Refine designs using feedback, A/B testing, and analytics data
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with modern design and prototyping tools
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory
- Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to designs
