Join Air Apps to design intuitive experiences for an AI-driven resource planner used by millions. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into elegant designs for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
This position requires working from the Lisbon office, where you will contribute to a fast-paced environment and help shape products that empower users globally.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand needs
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain design systems ensuring consistency across iOS, Android, and web
- Own the design process from concept ideation to final visual design
- Collaborate with Product Managers on strategy and Engineers on feasibility
- Refine designs based on feedback, A/B testing, and analytics data
- Mentor less experienced designers and foster a collaborative culture
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- Approximately 3+ years of experience with modern design tools
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to designs
