Join Air Apps as a Product Designer to shape intuitive interfaces for their AI-driven resource planning tool. You will translate complex requirements into elegant designs while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams.

What you'll do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups from insights
- Maintain design systems and component libraries across all platforms
- Own the design process from concept ideation to final visual delivery
- Collaborate with product managers on strategy and engineers on feasibility
- Refine designs using feedback, A/B testing, and analytics data
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- At least three years of experience with modern design tools
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to designs
