Join Air Apps to shape the user experience of an AI-driven resource planner used by millions. Based in Lisbon, you will design seamless interactions across iOS, Android, and web platforms. Your work will translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify needs
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain design systems ensuring consistency across iOS, Android, and web
- Own the design process from concept ideation to final visual delivery
- Collaborate with Product Managers on strategy and Engineers on feasibility
- Refine designs based on feedback, A/B testing, and analytics data
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with modern design and prototyping tools
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and usability
- Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve designs
