Join Air Apps to design intuitive experiences for their AI-driven resource planning platform. You will craft solutions for iOS, Android, and web, working closely with product and engineering teams in Lisbon.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on user insights
- Maintain design systems ensuring consistency across iOS, Android, and web
- Own the design process from concept ideation to final visual delivery
- Collaborate with Product Managers on strategy and Engineers on feasibility
- Refine designs using feedback, A/B testing, and analytics data
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with modern design and prototyping tools
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and usability
- Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve designs
