Join the AI Agent Tools team at Constructor, where you will redefine product discovery through intelligent agents. You will design novel interaction patterns that guide shoppers from intent to purchase, moving beyond traditional chatbots to create genuinely new user experiences.
You will also build dashboard tools for merchandisers, enabling them to configure and optimize shopping journeys without engineering support. Your work will be validated through live experiments and real shopper data, directly impacting business outcomes for major ecommerce brands.
What you'll do
- Define new interaction patterns for agentic shopping experiences
- Design dashboard tools for merchandisers to configure AI agents
- Conduct shopper research and run experiments to validate hypotheses
- Produce high-fidelity mockups for search, PDP, and guided shopping
- Ensure designs scale within the existing design system and component library
- Map novel user flows where AI drives the shopping journey
What you'll need
- Experience owning problems and translating research into production interfaces
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and partnering with product managers
- Practical experience leading user interviews and usability tests
- Ability to design for complex B2B workflows and unfamiliar problems
- Strong systems thinking skills to define scalable, reusable solutions
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on shipping and iterating quickly
