You will shape high-quality product experiences across BJAK's financial services, including insurance, payments, and investments. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will simplify complex workflows into fast and trustworthy interfaces.
The team values designers who solve customer problems through thoughtful interface design rather than just creating visuals. You will own the process from concept to production, ensuring consistency and usability across all touchpoints.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end product experiences from initial concept to final production
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Create intuitive interfaces for insurance, claims, payments, and investments
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Iterate on usability using product data and direct user feedback
- Ensure visual and functional consistency across mobile and web platforms
- Refine interactions, accessibility standards, and overall product quality
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and visual design skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
- Solid grasp of information architecture and user flow optimization
- Excellent skills in typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design
- Ability to distill complex financial workflows into simple experiences
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
