You will shape product experiences across BJAK's financial offerings, including insurance, payments, and investments. Working with product managers and engineers, you will simplify complex workflows into fast and trustworthy interfaces. The team values clarity, simplicity, and consistency in every design decision.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production launch
- Transform requirements into user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Iterate on usability using product data and direct user feedback
- Maintain visual and functional consistency across mobile and web platforms
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio showing product thinking and visual design skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of design systems and responsive design principles
- Ability to simplify complex financial workflows into intuitive experiences
- Strong communication skills in English for global team collaboration
