You will shape product experiences for BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, now expanding into spending, saving, and investing. Working with product managers and engineers, you will simplify complex financial workflows into fast and trustworthy interfaces.
The team values designers who solve customer problems rather than just creating visuals. You will own the design process from concept to production, ensuring consistency and usability across all touchpoints.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production
- Transform requirements into user flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Create intuitive interfaces for insurance, payments and investments
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI components
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
- Iterate designs based on product data and user feedback
- Ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms
- Refine interactions, accessibility and overall product quality
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio showing product thinking and visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Deep understanding of design systems and responsive design
- Knowledge of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent skills in typography, spacing and layout
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Strong English communication skills
