You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Finance division, covering services such as insurance, payments, investing, and travel. The position focuses on translating complex financial products into simple customer journeys by defining user problems, setting success metrics, and driving execution.
Working closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams, you will launch features, monitor performance, and iterate based on feedback. The ideal candidate is a builder who prioritizes user problems over feature lists and can make decisions with incomplete information.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, and investing
- Define user problems, product scope, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Transform complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions
- Launch features and drive post-release iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in South Korea
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
