You will define product direction, scope, and roadmaps for financial services including savings, investing, and travel. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys.
This position focuses on launching features quickly, monitoring performance, and iterating based on user feedback and production data. You will make trade-offs between speed, compliance, and user experience to drive business impact.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, and investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iterations
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
