Join BJAK's AI Finance team as a Product Engineer responsible for owning specific product areas such as insurance, savings, or investing. You will translate complex financial services into simple customer journeys by defining scope, metrics, and roadmaps.
This position involves close collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to ship products quickly. You will use data and user feedback to drive iterations and make trade-offs between speed, compliance, and user experience.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iterations
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
