You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Finance division, focusing on simplifying complex financial services into usable customer journeys. The position involves defining user problems, setting success metrics, and driving rapid launches while iterating based on data and feedback.
Working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance, you will balance speed, user experience, and business impact. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives on execution and can make decisions with incomplete information.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, product scope, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, compliance, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work closely with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Vietnam with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
