Join Doit as a Product Engineer to help reinvent how people manage their money through AI-driven tools. You will own specific product domains within the AI Finance suite, translating complex financial services into simple, usable customer journeys.
This position involves defining user problems, setting success metrics, and working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and compliance. You will drive execution from concept to launch, using data and feedback to iterate quickly.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, or travel
- Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams
- Transform complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data, feedback, and production issues to guide product decisions
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive post-launch iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense with ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products
- Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, and experiments for learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to drive work independently
- Based in Germany with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer apps
- Background in high-growth product environments
