You will take ownership of specific product domains within KIRA's AI Finance ecosystem, such as insurance, investing, or travel services. Your focus will be on identifying user problems, defining success metrics, and translating complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys.
Working closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams, you will drive the roadmap from conception to launch. The role requires making strategic trade-offs between speed, user experience, and regulatory requirements while continuously iterating based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions
- Launch features and drive post-release iterations
- Balance speed, UX, compliance, and business impact
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Based in Ireland with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
