Join Doit as a Product Engineer to help reinvent how people manage their money through AI-driven tools. You will own specific product domains within the AI Finance suite, turning complex financial services into simple, usable customer journeys.
This position involves defining user problems, setting success metrics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ship real products. The company values builders who prioritize execution and user needs over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance post-release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Poland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
